Simplicity operates in the following channels:

National Partners:
A national partner is responsible for operating Cloud Servers within their country. They assume primary responsibility for-:

• Appointing Regional Partner
• Maintaining the Simplicity Cloud Virtual servers
• Marketing
• Training Regional Partners
• Supporting Regional Partners

Regional Partners:
A regional partner is responsible for a geographic or vertical market. This may be either on an inclusive or non-exclusive contract-:

• Appointing VARS
• Marketing within their region
• Training VARS
• Supporting VARS

Value Added Resellers:

• Signing up end-users
• Training end users
• Supporting end-users

Referrers.
Payment of a referral fee for a new end user.
