Group Accounting

Simplicity has been designed from the ground up to easily handle groups.
The hierarchical structure comprises of: group, division, company, branch and warehouse.

A separate database is maintained for each system. Within a database there can be multiple groups (10,000) and within a single group, multiple companies (10,000) multiple branches (10,000) and multiple warehouses (10,000).

Work groups can be established to further group entities. For example entities could be grouped based on geographic regions, such as east coast, west coast etc. This is particularly useful in financial consolidations and business intelligence.

The group accounting is invisible to you, as you logon and process within a group.
